What's The Difference Between Meq & Mg
UpdatedI have some Andrx 560 which I am told is 10 MEG. What's the difference between mg and Meq????

It stands for milliquivelents, which means that it contains that same amount as 10 meqs, which is a liquid measurement.
Mgs stands for milligrams and is a dry measurement.
