I'm 22 years old. my body is so very thin. i mean i lost weight. what vitamins or food supplement should i take? should i go to the gym? please help me! Is their any connection to my father's genes, because my father is also very thin?

Yes, genetics can play a role in pretty much anything about your body.

Have you consulted a doctor? It is important to do so, in order to determine if there is some deficiency, or health problem that is causing you to be small, or if it is just a natural thing.

If it's a natural thing, there may not be anything you can do about it, you may just have to accept it.

If you have seen your doctor and everything checks out ok; I'd try taking some
100% Creatine Monohydrate White Crystalline powder. That's what help put weight on me when I was powerlifting. Try it for 3 months and go off it for one month and then reload again if it works on you.
