Yes, a tablet with the marking 3598 V is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 660mgs of Acetaminophen, which is a generic for Vicodin. This dosage is no longer available.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
