Hi Terry,

People will make suggestions, but at the end of the day it is only your doctor who can make the final decision on what he/she wants to prescribe you based on their own discretion. For that reason alone I would encourage you to speak with your doctor first and foremost to at least see what medication(s) he/she has to recommend. At that point you can probably better discern if those options are suitable based on the feedback of others, even though everyone seems to respond differently.

One other thing to take into consideration, if you have a specific medication in mind that you're thinking about taking - is that it might be a good idea to mention it here so I or someone else can also look into potential drug interactions.

I hope this helps!
