Seloken contains the active ingredient Metoprolol, and Telma contains Telmisartan, so they are different medications, although both as used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.
The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
