I was given Tribuss and cozole, first time user of Tribuss, just diagonized, how can I use them because my doctor said after meals and I took them 1 hour after meals and it was not a pleasant moment.

Hi, my child involved in a car accident. I rushed to the hospital with her and they took the first x-ray they said everything was well with the child, when I get home after some hours my daughter started vomiting blood substances, I went back again to the hospital they did another x-ray and a head scan they told me nothing had gone wrong. I visited the clinic after my child constantly complained about her stomach a fortnight since the accident, they gave me the PURBAC SUSPENSION but every time when she takes the medicine she even scream as if it's hurting her. IS IT THE RIGHT MEDICINE?
