What Is Neurokind Inj.

I am pradeep, am 19 years old i want to now more about neuro kind because i have it once one day when the doctor advice my grandma to take neuro kind inj. i simply ask him what is this inj for? The doctor told me it is for power and for veins. Then after few days i started taking the same inj. to me because i thought it can be useful to me because i do gym and heavy exercise and i thought it has no side effect and all so please tell me is really taking it useful to me for gym or it is only when we have any kind of weakness. i have it only 4 times and now i am thing to take advice because if it have any side effect then it will not be good to me so plzzzzzz telll me. {edited for privacy}
