What Is Methods For Increase Sperm Count

My sperm count is now 10 million per 1 ml and motility is 60% sluggish motility is20% and morphology is normal in80% and abnormal is 20% now I am using tabs lineator,before I am using this tabs my active motile is just 5% only, after used 3 months increased to 60%. Now I have to increase my count please give me prescription sir

My Sperm Count is eight million and is only 5% is active and I have taken manix about (4 packets] and there is no any effect, please what medicine should I take?
