There is no set answer to give to this question.

It's really going to depend on various factors, such as their overall health, other medications they may be taking and their sensitivity to such medications.

Neither is really recommended over the other, but some doctors may choose to avoid both due to the Acetaminophen in them and how it can affect the liver, so they may prescribe something else entirely.
