What Drugs Test Positive For Amphetamines
UpdatedI took Nyquil, Vicks Inhaler, Robitussin, and metformin for almost a week and half every day even up to the day I took my drug test. I had 3 weeks notice to when and what day and time my test would be taken. I was just hired on to this job 3 weeks ago and I had been layed off for two years before this great job came along. They are paying me$ 70,000 a year plus commission They were paying me that until I was fired last Thursday for testing positive for amphetamines. I live out of state and I had to fly to our corporate office that week for training and for my drug test. So I guess the company is assuming that I was dumb enough to attempt bringing illegal drugs with me on the plane so I would have them when I got to the hotel that evening which was Monday night and my test was for 7:30 the next morning. So the smart thing for me to do is to do as much drugs as I can a few hours before my test and lets see what happens. If I was that hooked on drugs and just could not stop for a few hours. Don't you think I just might have invested $ 50,00 or even $ $100 dollars for dextox drinks you can drink right up until the day you go in to dodrug test and the will guarantee that you pass a drug urine test. I have friend I grew up with and he is almost 60 years old and has a wonderful job at a major corporation that everyone in the world would know. He brags how he can pass any drug test at any time by taking these type products. He smokes marijuana just about every day and he has never failed one drug test. So if I was using I damn sure would have guaranteed myself a passing grade by spending whatever to test negative for drugs. I would have spent 1000 dollars if it meant the difference between me passing or failing a drug test. I am not going to worry spending 500 dollars to save $85,000 to $100,000 a year.You don't have to be a genius to figure what you would or wouldn't do to make sure you tested negative for drugs. This company has a bunch of morons working there to believe I would be that stupid. I hope I can find an attorney to help me. I will sue there ass. I am innocent and I am hurt and upset and I need and want my damn job back. I did nothing wrong. I even went the day the second I was fired and found a lab in this small town. My boss would not evben give me the option to test again. Because I knew I was clean and I had nothing to worry about. I went to a local lab where I spent $45.00 of my own money and within less that 30 mins. I came out as clean as a whistle and even called my boss I was going to take the results back to him but he left and I guess hid from me. It was like I had Ebola right before he told me I was fired. I went to being the best hire they ever had to that low life druggie within 3 weeks. I am devastated. I pray I can sue the hell out of this company because they are destroying my name and I am in a field that everyone knows everyone and I will never be able to work in this business ever again. I am now a marked man and the sad thing I am 100% innocent. I hope some one will hear my plea and they will help me.
