Sorry Bob, They are not simular at all. read the descriptions. Also, Gaba does not work the same for all people-I am on both.

There really aren't any.

Gabapentin, a generic for Neurontin is an anticonvulsant that has also been proven to help with certain types of nerve pain.

Vicodin contains Accetaminophen and Hydrocodone and is a narcotic pain reliever.
