What Are Side Effects Of Halcion

My dentist gave me either halcion or haldol to pull all my teeth out ,they only gave me two of the tinest pills 1 hour before I went in the dentist chair.I was not completly normal again for over 24 hrs.My question which medication do you believe it was that they gave me,the haldol or halcion and how could 2 lil pills completly knock me out to where I felt no pain nor do I remember anything about the pulling of my teeth and was out for an additional 24hrs after the procedure.?

It was most likely Halcion, it contains the active ingredient Triazolam and is also often used to treat severe cases of insomnia. It is a benzodiazepine and very potent, which explains how it affected you.

The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, if taken regularly and its typical side effects may also possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.
