this is a round blue pill with west-ward 787 on one side and the other side is smooth. What is it? It is about the size of an extra stength tylonol. Round not the capsule.

West Ward 787 is Acetaminophen 325 mg + Butalbital 50 mg + Caffeine 40 mg. Used as a pain killer mostly for headaches.
