Watson 658 contains 10mgs of Buspirone, a generic for BuSpar. This is used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders.

Some of the most common side effects include: headaches, drowsiness, nausea and vertigo.

You can see a picture here.

One side effect not listed here I've noticed is heat flashes, being very warm for several seconds or until the pills known side effects wear off (which is generally short, these pills are prescribed generally three times a day because of it). Dizziness as well is another very common side effect generally only occurring the first time ever absorbed in your body, or after long periods of time such as a month or 2 weeks to my knowledge.
