Vitamin B1 B6 B12 Diclofenaco For Pain?

Is this for severe hip arthritis? Dr. 1 said I need immediate hip surgery. Dr 2 said arthritis, no immediate hip replacement needed. I am out of 50/50 codeine and diclofenaco. Diclofenaco is not working for the pain, even though the pain has reduced after 14 days post-injury.

No, this medication contains a complex of B vitamins and a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory, so it isn't likely to help much with severe pain. The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.

Given that the 2 doctors you've consulted have disagreed, I think it would a good idea to consult a third, to break the tie, so to speak, but make sure to see a specialist.

I take a prescription diclofenac that is 75mg strength. Fortical is for a milder pain, it has 50mg of diclofenac. They sell a 100mg in Mexico over the counter. I would check with your doctor if that is okay for you. I don't think that strength is good to take daily.
