Varicosities While Taking The Pill

i am taking althea pills for 3 days now..is it really necessary to stop taking pills for 7 days after consuming the 21 tabs of althea?or is it ok to continue taking the pill the next day right after taking the last tab???
and one more thing is, i have spider web veins on my popliteal area, is it ok for me to continue taking the pills???my mother has varicose veins...please reply...thank you and Godbless
