Zerodol is manufactured in India; comprised of the two active ingredients,
aceclofenac 100 mg + serratiopeptidase 15 mg.

Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It is manufactured by Intas Pharma, under the tradename Hifenac. It is available in the India as a prescription-only drug, and is used for the relief of pain and inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. The dose is 100mg twice daily.

I just retrieved more information regarding Serratiopeptase, the second active ingredient in Zerodol.

Serratiopeptase is produced by purification from culture of Serratia E-15 bacteria.

Research I have gathered states that there are some alternative medicine proponents to claim that Serratiopeptidase is beneficial for pain and inflammation, but there is no compelling evidence to back it.

I am also using allopurinal on and off but routinely uses mometasone furoate monohydrate (Nasonex TM) nasal spray for allergic rhinitis and salbutamol inhaler to alleviate symptoms of acute asthmatic attacks when they occur.
