Use Of Banocide Forte Tablet - Doses And Duration

In case of eosinophilia what is an ideal adult dose and duration of banocide forte treatment?

My 13 year old son is getting hives all over the body, face , arms. After blood check eisnophils count is slightly less. Dr suggested Citrigen Chewing Tablets. No positive result. One of my friend suggested to give Banocide. Can it be helpful for permanant solution? Kindly solve my problem.
