Tylenol 4 U 37 Picture

I can confirm that this medication is not working as intended. Aurolife Pharma is not to be trusted. I'm going to see if I can get a lab to analyze this medication and pursue legal action.

Unfortunately, you have no grounds to pursue legal action. Under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, generics are allowed to differ, in the amounts of the active ingredients, by as much as plus or minus 20%, this was done to get generics to market faster and create market competition to try to keep prices lower for those that are uninsured, or underinsured.

Additionally, generics are not required to measure against each other, only against the name brand… so, conceivably, you could be a taking one that has the proper amount of the active ingredients, or is slightly higher in them… and suddenly be switched to one that is low in them, so it may not work as well for you.

However, the U.S. FDA considers this an acceptable therapeutic window, because it only causes problems for a very small percentage of the population.

Basically, it is considered a risk you accept by taking a generic medication.

I know this sucks and doesn't help with your problem, I really hate to see anyone in pain and miserable, so I'm just informing you of how the laws currently stand.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
