Tryptomer 10 Mg Head Pain

I have been taking tryptomer for 9 months and all my pain is clear. Presently I am feeling ok, but I am still concerned about side effects.

The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings, and weight changes.

If you aren't experiencing any problems, what issues are you concerned about? Do you take any other medications?
