I prefer to use Tribedoce it comes as an injectable one vial and one neddle per card and 5 cards per box, so thats about a $1 per shot, The neddles are medium size and its meant for intermusclular injection, I like to use my stomach - Abdoman.

I'm a registered nurse and I feel anyone can self inject with the correct knowledge. These shots are to be given intermuscular which means into the muscle. The needle is longer for that purpose. Putting the solution into the subcutaneous area which is the fat layer under the skin could cause more inflammation. Please google your muscle sites. I use the hip for my injection site but again don't do this without informing yourself of the body structures. The thigh is a fairly easy site to self inject but it can be a little more painful. I don't like to use the arm because if your develop pain and swelling at the site post injections you will have more pain because of the constant use of the arm.
Please be informed and safe
When opening the vail, first check that it is clear. Tap the fluids from the bulb by flicking your fingers. When all fluid is in the body of the vial keeping it upright break the bulb off with a quick motion. Insert needle and draw out fluid. Make sure you have good lighting to visualize that the solution is without particle.
Insert the needle quickly but on target to your muscle site using a wrist motion. Another hint for a painless injection is to inject solution slowly. Try to remember the pain of an injection is in the insertion of the needle but pain can also increase with pushing the solution into the muscle to fast for the muscle to absorp. Then remove the needle rapidly. These hint should help with making your injection almost painless. Always wash your hands and cleanse your site before injection.

Tribedoce injections ended several years of sciatic pain in my leg. I had numerous epidural injections of steroids over the years to relieve the pain. They quit working. I was in Loreto Mexico and went to a doctor's office attached to a pharmacy. I was requesting pain medication for the sciatica. The doctor gave me an injection and sent me home with instructions to take another in 48 hours and then a final in another 48 hours. I have not experienced any further sciatica and that was three years ago. If it ever returns I'm heading back. The doctor visit and the injections totaled $20.00!
