Triamcinoline cream is a corticosteroid cream that is used to treat various topical skin conditions. No, you should not wash it off, those can be normal side effects of the cream, as it working, you may also experience skin redness, and peeling.
If you are asking about washing, before application, then yes, you should do as instructed.
Is there anything else I can help with?
