I'm sorry, but I can't answer this from just the limited information you've provided. There are many pills on the market that match this general description and not all are Tramadol. What are the markings/numbers that are on it? Can you please post back and clarify? That would enable the tablet to be identified for you.

The FDA classifies this medication as an opioid, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

It its like orange in color it had novo on the front and 50 on the back it looks like it's been cut 3 times down the back
