I am also needing the name and purpose of this pill, I found it hidden in a family members car and they should not be taking anything but their heart and diabetes medicine. Very concern.

I believe the marking you are looking at is Ty 500, the stylized why can easily be mistaken for an r, and the identification provided by Steve is correct. It contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen in a rapid release formulation. It's sold under the brand name Tylenol Rapid Release.
