If there are no markings, we can completely rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured prescription medication. They are all required to have markings to enable their identification.

With no markings and based on your description, the greatest likelihood is that it is an over the counter product, however, there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication.

Where was it found/obtained?

I'm trying to identify a small round white pill with no markings and scored on one side with one line. The front and back are concave.
