Hello,

I believe that the absorption rate of any medication is determined by weight and other factors that only your doctor can asses. Is 5 to 6 (30 mg) Oxycodone pills what your doctor prescribed to you? I'm not exactly sure how many grams of Oxycodone will equal 2 (60 mg) Morphine pills, however I do know that Oxycodone is 1.5 times stronger than Morphine.

I hope that information is of help to you in some way. If you are considering changing your medication, I recommend that you pay a visit to your doctor.
