For those of you who are looking for medicine to gain weight, I just wanted to say that there is no single pill that will put on weight for you. In order to add on the pounds in a healthy and feasible manner, one must turn towards their diet for answers and not necessarily a pill. Pills don't have calories like food does. And while there are medications, herbal options and other dietary supplements that can help increase one's appetite, it will always come down to the number of calories consumed versus calories burned. Therefore I would encourage you guys to consult with a registered dietitian or nutritionist who can work closely with you to help you achieve your goals.

With a proper meal plan and regular strength training, gaining mass can be done in a healthy and productive way.
