Based on my research, both medication are indicated to treat the same conditions or symptoms associated with a deficiency or absence of testosterone in males.

As far as possible differences go, one of the main underlying factors between most products is probably going to be their list of inactive ingredients. Aside from testosterone (that may be made from soy), Testim contains the following inactive ingredients: purified water, pentadecalactone, carbopol, acrylates, propylene glycol, glycerin, polyethylene glycol, ethanol (74%), and tromethamine.

I have yet to find a list for C-Testosterone Cream, but I do know it contains other ingredients that may play a role in the overall effectiveness of their product, just like Testim does. Propylene glycol for example, is widely used in automotive antifreeze and is known for its moderate toxicity hazards. I have yet to figure out why a poison like that is now being put into our foods and medications.

Do you find the cream to be noticeably more or less effective than the Testim gel?

I had a vasectomy over 30 years ago, then had focused beam radiation treatment for prostate cancer. My T levels are very low. Is the lack of sperm from the vasectomy a major cause or the radiation for low T?
