Is Tenuate Safe To Take?

I complained to my doctor that although I used to loose weight easily this is no longer the case. She wrote me a script for one month supply of Tenuate, saying that this would assist me. As I am a believer in proper diet (healthy food) and exercise I am frightened to use this script. How safe is it if taken for a month and are there any foods, drink or tablets that cannot be taken during this period? Especially as I am a migraine sufferer yet even then do without medication unless it is impossible to carry on without.Thanks.

Today is 1 week since I sarted & I have lost about 11lbs. already. I feel great, only side effect I have is dry mouth, is recommended to drink alot of water. I also excercise about everyday, it helps alot! This medication was given to me under the supervision of a Dr. in Mexico.
