The best suggestion I can make for the easiest way to get the help you need would be to set yourself up with a GP and then ask them to refer you to someone.

What general area are you in? That would make it easier for people to suggest doctors, if they know of any.

Comprehensive pain management might work for you. Provided you have the right insurance or can pay cash. They have several offices in Tennessee. U can Google to find the number and the office closest to you. However they are very strict.
