Tedral Side Effects

I took tedral from the age of 10 through adulthood. I Have never been able to complete anything. My ability to focus is severly limited. The drug always made me very hyped and anxious. And the condition seemed to remain throughout my life. I get exited very easily and my adrenalin levels go through the roof. I often felt that my present condition was caused by this drug and often wondered why it was so quietly taken off the market.
I later developed addiction to stimulants such as cocaine, crystal methamphetamine. Those substances produce much of the same effects as tedral and marax. I believe that most of my emotional problems in life were tired the side effects of these drugs that set my central nervous system on fire.

My experience with tedral is super close to yours, Landis. My emotional teenage life spiraled into a heaping pile of depression, dropping out of school and withdrawing from friends and family. Didn't any body notice? Still here tho...

I must have developed some forms of ptsd. Just talking about this is giving me flashbacks and anxiety. Through prayer and meditation I can find comfort. Praise Jehovah!

Hi. I took Tedral from 1970-1980. (7 to 17 years of age). Within an hour of taking it, I would get sweaty hands, increased
heart rate and a feeling of Euphoria. I took myself off the drug in 1980 and later changed my Doctor in 1987. Asked him what he thought of Tedral. His response was that it was an "awful drug". I believe the drug adversely affected my nervous system and has in part, led to my problems with depression, anxiety and alcohol. I asked my new Doc.
