I forget to mention , and yes tamol x and tamol 200 is took as energy supplement and it delays climax but it causes body need and addiction so beware of it please it may causes your death it's too dangerous i have been taking this supplement for a year and half and i am only 16 you always need to increase the douse every couple of days and it will destroy your climax,when you got to stop it you will have several pain and anxiousty beware of it please it's devily supplements and thank you x

He meant sex lol, it delays a man's orgasm lol. Though that might be true, everything else mentioned is a bit dramatic. Ya it's addictive and yes you need to increase your dose every so often to get the desired effect, but so are many thousands of medications from oxy, roxy, morphine and the likes. The op says he's from Egypt. Well the biggest drug problem in Egypt is tramadol but outside of Egypt this drug is easily prescribed if the patient asks their doctor for it, if not almost found otc in many countries. Egypt has a bad plague with tramadol (they banned all other painkiller drug types years ago so people can't abuse anything but hash and tramadol), so if someone knows or finds out you take tramadol it's like ur the biggest druggy they ever met Haha.
