Tablet Mala N Side Effects

What is this tablet use for????? If due to iregular periods if doctor suggest to take this medicine regularly. . Then any side effect will be in future at pregnancy???? Plz help me

This is an oral contraceptive, it will prevent pregnancy while you're taking it, but it will not prevent future pregnancies, once you stop taking it.

The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability and spotting.
