Verwon Says:
Szetalo Plus combines 10mgs of the Benzodiazepine Clonazepam with 10mgs of the antidepressant Escitalopram.

Since it combines the two medications, doctors may prefer it, because it better controls conditioons such as depression, anxiety and nervous disorders.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, irritability and decreased libido.

You can read more on these medications here:

Mr Rao Says:
I was advised Szetalo for a month. But I did some research and found that it was an anti-depressant that boosts release of serotonin which is a chemical to remove anxiety & release a "feel good factor" in the body. It has no long term side effects and is completely safe to take. But I had the same doubt about being addicted to it. So I decided to NOT rely on medication for something that the body & mind could otherwise produce when perfectly healthy. I did yoga & started a healthy diet of apple / salads / low fats & green tea with exercise EVERYDAY. I planned on doing this for a month but eventually it becomes a lifestyle when you stick to the routine no matter what. I could see myself recovering. You just know when you feel the recovery. Its been over 10 years now & I cannot imagine my lifestyle from 10 years before. Whenever I feel anxious/hopeless about something I directly hit the core underlying problem and simply find ways to deal with it and win. I'm still the same person. We'll all die someday and life is short but your life is more important than you can ever know. Your body is a temple. Enjoy taking good care of it so you can focus on more important things in this short life. Please consult you GP before doing anything.
