Sulphur Burp, Gas, Vomiting Related To Adderall?

Hi, ive taken Adderall for a few years and also opiates for several years with xanax. Recently ive had sulphur burps awful smelling burps which lead to bubble guts lil stomach growling eventually vomiting and runs. I noticed maybe Adderall is triggering this somehow along w taking oxycodone 30 mg. Ive researched and noticed several others w exactly same symptoms with no diagnosis after going thru many obvious possibilities w no positive answer or solutions. I'm not Li ive cut my diet but need meds wondering if anyone had similar reactions while on these meds? Alka seltzer is only temp relief ive found after puking.

Stomach pain and vomiting are both listed as general side effects of Adderall as well as Oxycodone on the webpage for the U.S. National Library of Medicine. They don't get into specific details as far as explaining what particular symptoms might have led up to the feeling or sensation of wanting to vomit (i.e. sulphur burps, gas, etc), but at the same time I don't think this should be ignored as a potential side effect from either medication knowing that it's possible and more than likely attributed to one or both meds depending on whether or not you're taking anything else along with them or eating something your body isn't comfortable digesting.

Have you had a chance to speak with your doctor yet on his/her thoughts about this?

No cannot afford to see Dr. It we t aww for a couple weeks then came back for a day or two. Again today ive noticed chicken seems to make it worse. I get ALOT. of gas both flatulence and burps the farting can last up to 15-20 seconds non stop its alot of air in me. I induce vomiting as soon as I get the smelly burps to avoid it worsening which it does. Then try to pay attention to what I'm eating/ingesting at the time of onset to process elimination.

Just wanted to say thanks for taking the time to post back. As someone who eats primarily vegan, I too can feel a little queasy after eating off my normal diet and having things like meat or dairy more than a handful of times.

My research also suggests that indigestion can cause excess gas/flatulence. And if you are eating cooked foods in general, especially one's that are difficult to digest, it may be a good idea to supplement with some type of digestive enzyme and/or probiotic to help the body metabolize food more easily.

Activated charcoal also reportedly helps alleviate gas, so a supplement like that might be worth looking into as well.
