I am suffering with loose motions since 3 years. The loose motions are not that loose but some loose i mean loose than the common once. the moment i get the loose motions all of my energy goes down, my heart beat increases my palms get wrinkled and head gets pain as though I got a hurt on my head. Whenever i got to parties and eat a lot of food i will get very very loose motions, and my anus burns like hell the more loose is the motion the more my anus burns. I would not be able to stand, walk, and climb the steps. So far I did a lot of test colonoscopy, stool test, blood test, sugar test, all of them are normal. My age is 19 years

Have the doctors provided you with any advice?

Although I can't say with certainty, it's possible that some of your symptoms, such as the rapid heart rate, loss of energy and headache are due to becoming dehydrated from this, which means you may need to increase your fluid intake.

Are you by any chance also taking in a lot of alcohol at these parties?

And what types of foods are you eating?

Have you tried keeping a food diary for a week, or so?

Doing so may help you pinpoint specific triggers, which may be something you are allergic to, or sensitive to and which you might need to avoid in the future.

no brother I don't do drinking and smoking. I don't have any bad habit, i eat normal food, I tried to maintain only vegetable food for few weeks the condition comes some what normal by when I eat some thing of meat etc. the problem comes again. The increase in the heart beat is when i do work, when i do normal work after dehydration the heat starts beating when it should beat at tough work like running and jogging. I don't even do masturbation as one doctor told me that you might do it. 2 doctors told me that it might be due to tension. But I came to USA right now I enjoy with friends and play a lot where is the matter of tension. I can't even drink more fluids because excess of water and fluids will cause my digestive system more week.
