Spironolactone Tab 25mg

I have a pill with 146 on the front of it. What is it?

I just today was told by the Doc.to try this medicine. So far I haven't had any side effects yet.

Is there also an M over the 146?

If so, Mylan Pharmaceuticals does list it as containing 25mgs of Spironolactone, which is used to help removed excess fluid from the body to treat conditions, such as high blood pressure, edema, and congestive heart failure.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, hypotension, increased urination, and headache.
