I've seen many people using sonaderm nm for face to improve complexion & it works very quickly.....is it safe to use it to face.

According to the manufacturer, Sonaderm NM can be used to treat bacterial and/or fungal derived skin infections (including, but not limited to):

Infected atopic dermatitis
infected excoriation
bacterial superinfection of chronic superficial mycoses
otitis externa
infected steroid-responsive dermatoses
eczema
psoriasis

They go on to note that it is used by applying a thin layer of cream to the affected skin area(s) two times daily along with gentle rubbing. If you happen to have a skin condition similar to what is mentioned above, I personally don't see any reason why you wouldn't be able to use it on your face, unless instructed otherwise by your dermatologist (due to a possible skin sensitivity or allergy).

One other thing you can do though is contact the manufacturer (below) for more specific details pertaining to its application and possible skin sensitivities...That way you'll know for certain.
