White small round pill with 502 on one side and a line on the other side. What is this pill?

This tablet is manufactured by Caraco Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 2mgs of Tizanidine, which is a muscle relaxant.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.
