The pill is round, biconvex, cream colored, with C 75 on one side, no score line. Found it in a medication bottle, among the Advil pills.

There is a tablet that matches this description that is manufactured by Daiichi Sankyo Inc, which they list as containing 5mgs of Amlodipine, and 40mgs of Olmesartan, it is available under the trade name Azor. It is most commonly used to high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.

Was it a prescription strength of Advil, or an over the counter bottle?
