I found this pill on the floor in my house & I can't figure out where it came from & what kind of pill it is?

This is a Metanx tablet, it is a prescription only, specially formulated multivitamin that's used to help people that are suffering from nerve pain and other issues, such as those that may be experienced by diabetics.
