Pill imprint 9 3 463 is Lamotrigine 100 mg. It is used in to treat anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, bordeline personality, and for seizure prevention. It is classified as a triazine anticonvulsant.

I don't think that Lamotrigine is in the same class as Xanax since Alprazolam is an anti-anxiety medication, not an anticonvusant.

You were asking what the name of certain drugs were in the same family as Lamotrigine (a triazine anticonvulsant).

The following meds are either classified as anticonvulsants OR possess some degree of anticonvulsant properties:

Paraldehyde
Phenobarbital
Benzodiazepines (i.e. Xanax)
Carbamazepine
Oxcarbazepine
Topiramate
Gabapentin
Pregabalin
Levetiracetam

I'm also adding Cannabis to the list since it has proven its ability to stop/prevent seizures.
