Side Effects Of Medicine For Cholesterol

My doc has advised ROTUMAC 10 THRU OUT MY LIFE TO BE TAKEN FOR MY ENLARGED HEART. I AM ALSO AN ASTHAMATIC . PLS ADVISE THE SIDE EFFECTS IF I STOP IT AFTER AWHILE.

This medication is most commonly used to help lower cholesterol levels. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and joint/muscle aches.

Stopping it suddenly could cause a rebound cholesterol elevation.

Are you on any other medications?
