I was a kid when my mom started me to drink cherifer. It was good, according to my mom. I am the tallest among our cousins and I stopped it a long time ago, now they are taller than me! And I was like I want to become tall. So I took it again. Takte magtatagalog na nga ako puta mali mali naman ata grammar ko letche. So ayon na ngaaaa. Uminom ako ulit tapos ilang minutes ang lilipas parang biglang nakulo yung tyan ko tas nauutot ako. Tapos maya maya mawawala. Takte bat ganon?

Hello! I'm 18 years old now and I started taking cherifer on Nov. 28th at napansin ko po nong uminom ako after 2-3 days yung dati kong weight na 42 naging 44 at yun po ay kinatutuwa ko ng husto. Kasi matagal ko nq tlagang tumaba?

I'm Nicole. Napapansin ko po nong una kong inom nang cherifer sumakit yung bandang likod ko sa balikat, hindi ko muna pinagkabalahan dahil naisip ko wala lang to. Pero nong tuloy tuloy na akong nag tayake non same parin sa every take ko nang cherifer sumasakit ang likod ko banda sa balikat. Please sagutin nyo tanong ko kung normal pa po to?

18 yrs old ako nung hindi pa ako ng take ng cherifier 168 at pag take ko at pagkalipas ng isang at 2 weeks i gain 5cm or 2 inches. Now im 5'8.

Please parents, if it’s a daughter you want to give these Cherifer... please don’t, I’m a daughter and I hate this, yes I’m a bit tall now but it won’t do to your satisfaction honestly if I didn’t take it I would grow this height anyway because my sister grew around my height without these stupid pills and I’m still the shortest in my class, but what this really does is gain weight, chubby face. When I was 11, I was healthy and skinny, around 32kg. I just turned 13, I still eat the same amounts throughout my life and I’m 50kg, please don’t! I’m struggling here. My mom is so cruel, she scolds me whenever I don’t take it

I'm a teenage girl and i've been taking cherifer for about 8 days now, and i've grown an inch taller! From 5'7 to 5'8. On a side note, i am also taking vitamin b complex. As for my weight, it's still the same as before i've started taking cherifer.

Everytime i take cherifer pgm w/ zinc, lagi nalang pong sumasakit yung sikmura ko tas naninikip po yung dibdib ko tas lagi akong nasusuka tapos tsaka lang siya mawawala kapag susuka ako ( pero minsan kahit sumuka ako wala pa din) or kapag matutulog ako.

Hindi po side effect yung sasakit tiyan mo at magugutom. It means, ikain mo lang yun para mas mabilis yung height increase.

Is there any bad effect when you take cherifer and milk together? I heard it's not good to take it together? I've been taking cherifer for about 3-4 months and I dont see any changes. I am also drinking milk 3 times a day. Should I decrease drinking milk and change it into 2 times daily or should I drink milk hours after taking cherifer pgm? And I also have a theory that masturbating can reduce testosterone levels. That's why my height is not growing anymore. What should I do to increase my testosterone level?
