Side Effect Of Vitbion Forte

Round, orange-coloured tablet, prescribed for chronic lower back pain, with no relief whatsoever. I noted that this prescribed for deficiency of vitB 12. Shouldn't its level be monitored by regular blood test?

Yes, it is a nutritional supplement, which means that it is not actually proven to help with anything, other than a deficiency in the nutrient(s) it contains.

As to a blood test, some doctors may do them, some will just watch for any physical signs that show you are getting too much in your body.

However, you are correct, too much of it can cause severe health problems.
