Severe Dehydration And Loss Of Sodium

my father recently suffered from dehydration and loss of sodium . so along with amayl-mi, ganaton total multivitgold, metoscerten (50), atrovit cv(10), rotiflo and galvus met(50/500) doctor gave szetalo ls.. so kindly tell me is szetalo LS have very bad side effects. guide me please.
