Same Problem With The Orange Round Pill With 54 375
(Newest replies first)

Updated

I'll admit it I've been taking a half of sub a day (only a half, no more) for 2 years and now with these new peach ones I'm up to almost a whole one a day. It just doesn't keep me straight with no withdrawal symptoms. I'm not saying what I'm doing is right with the way I'm taking it, but know it or not, when these were first made they were supposed to be in a suppository form. Anyway just saying I know me and I know my body and these new ones are not holding me over like all the other ones did. why idk, I'm not the man in the lab.

Yes, but I have a feeling it wont help you. You need to go into a detox facility because you seem to want a yes or no answer to the first rule of thermodynamics, as in no, there's more to a simple yeah it will help you! You need more info, professional info, or information available on the internet that you can absorb, forgive my rude behavior, you just don't seem like the type of person that can do this kind of thing themselves, and again I am basing this on just a hunch, and your little post.... Go see a sub doc, and if they offer you 24mg a day (do the math, its really easy, that's 3 of the common 8/2 strips) tell them to forget it, or be smart and only start off with 2-4mg a day MAX, NOBODY needs more than 8MG a day, and those guys that do need that in the beginning, are people with incredibly high habit levels, ranging to the 800mg oxy realm... Buprenorphine (the naloxone is a psychological deterent, it does absolutely nothing, but perhaps harm) overpowers everything else, even the naloxone, it's a partial agonist though, so it wont feel like it's a powerful as it is, but it is incredibly powerful once you stabilize then try and stop, you'll see it's amazing a crumb 1/64 a pill, a tiny granule is the difference between sweating and kicking all night, and normality.

I'm trying to get off of opiates. Have been on them for about 5yrs. Not proud. Will the orange pill marked with 54 375 help me?

The 375's. Contain the same active ingredients or drugs. This tablet will perform exactly the same as all the rest of suboxone tablets out there. William Biswanger. MD.

Whenever you switch to a new tablet/manufacturer, if there's not a change in dosage, there will almost always be a change in the so-called inactive ingredient list. These orange/peach pills marked 54 375 reportedly contain:

anhydrous citric acid
corn starch
fd&c yellow no. 6
lactose monohydrate
magnesium stearate
mannitol
povidones
sodium citrate
sucralose

I don't know the imprint on the other pill you're referring to, otherwise I'd also look that up and compare the ingredients being used and see what differences there are in that aspect. From what I understand, some of these binders/fillers (not sure which one's exactly) can't be properly metabolized in our body and therefore don't release the full dose of the medication that we should be getting; causing the tablet to be less effective despite the number of milligrams listed on the bottle. This is also apparent in Actavis' generic Norco tablets where the dosage is the same as before but for some odd reason the tablet doesn't provide anyone with pain relief like Watson's once did.
