I'm sorry, I can't speak regarding the safety of Lagundi, since it an herbal supplement that has not been studied for use during pregnancy.

The antibiotic Cephalexin, however, is listed as being safe during pregnancy, according to NIH studies. However, it is only effective at treating bacterial infections, so it will not do anything to help with a cold and cough. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash, diarrhea, and headache.

Is there anything else I can help with?
