Well, the first thing 4 an addict is 2 admit they have a problem. Which, it sounds as though u have. Then, u should seek some help through a Dr or medical facility. Most of us on this site have been through it. U should talk 2 your Dr about it. If he can't help u, he can refer u 2 someone who can. If I can answer any more ???, i will try 2 b of help.

Hi dhsmmp m, I was like u. Hooked on Oxys 4 many years and wanted 2 end the vicious cycle. I am now on suboxone and have been 4 almost. 8 years. There is a lot of help out there, if u really want it. But , I know what your going through . It's tough and it stinks. 2 day, my life is SO much better.
