Rowatinex And Side Effects

I took 2 rowatinex capsules before sleeping and when I woke up, I felt dizziness, vertigo, and severe imbalance so that I couldn't raise my head. I felt as if it could be a circulatory failure. Is it a side effect or I may have otitis media?

Rowatinex is indicated for the treatment of urinary tract spasm and inflammation associated with urolithiasis. Rowatinex also assists in the dissolution and expulsion of stones in the renal system.

Each enteric-coated capsule contains - Pinene (a +ß) 31 mg, Camphene 15 mg, Cineol 3 mg, Fenchone 4 mg, Borneol 10 mg, Anethol 4 mg.

I have been using Rowatinex I experienced the following side effects:

Muscle weakness;
Dizziness;
Diarrhea;
Feeling of suffocation;
Nausea;
Stomach pain;
and severe imbalance.
